To be able to offer you the design and launch of your website without an initial cost, our service requires a minimum commitment period of 12 months. The contract automatically extends for 12-month periods thereafter.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided you notify us in advance of the end of the current contract period.
All the content you provide us for the creation of your website (such as texts, images, or logos) remains, of course, entirely your property. Once the contract is finished, you have the option to request a complete website transfer.
The release of usage rights and the delivery of all website data are subject to a one-time fee.
Our service is designed to grow with you. If, in the future, you need more than the 5 pages included in the Basic Plan, or you require advanced functionalities (such as booking systems, complex galleries, or e-commerce), it’s not a problem! We will analyze the new needs and propose a customized flat rate that suits you.
The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the project, but our estimated timeframe is 4 weeks. This period begins once the initial structure has been approved and all required content (texts, images, and logos) has been delivered to us. We work with maximum efficiency and often manage to get your business online in a shorter period.
You are the expert in your business, so we require you to provide us with the key information, texts, and high-quality images you want to showcase. However, if you need help, we offer additional content creation services with the support of artificial intelligence to speed up the process and ensure a professional result.
Of course. Technical support and basic content maintenance are essential parts of our service:
- Technical Support: This includes constant monitoring of your website. We take care of all technical aspects such as security updates, daily backups, and hosting/domain management. If something goes wrong, we resolve it. Basic Content Maintenance: We understand that your business evolves. That’s why your subscription includes the management of small content changes (such as updating a phone number, a price in a text, or replacing an image).
If you require the addition of new complete sections or major structural changes, these will be quoted as a one-off project or managed by upgrading to a new plan.
We are a small business in Germany, so we are not required to add VAT to our invoices at this time. The price you see is the final price you pay.
