All mentioned Processors are contractually obliged to process the data exclusively according to our instructions.

  • For the fulfillment of contractual obligations or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR): This applies to all communication and data processing necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you or for responding to inquiries that serve to prepare a contract (e.g., use of the contact form, provision of services).
